Please remember to deprecate in 9x. You can mention it in CHANGES.txt with
this issue and mark one or more of the key plugin classes (that which are
loaded by name in configuration) as Deprecated annotation. When Solr loads a
plugin that it sees has this annotation, it prints a warning to the user.
Perhaps for some users, this will be their wake-up call as to what happened.
