Maybe you haven't installed Custom Resource Definitions: `kubectl create -f https://solr.apache.org/operator/downloads/crds/v0.8.1/all-with-dependencies.yaml`, as [described on Artifact Hub](https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/apache-solr/solr-operator/0.8.1#installing-the-chart)?
