Change places where we say "blah blah SolrCloud cluster" to just saying "blah 
blah Solr cluster".

 

In some examples we have directories like "example/cloud/node1/solr", maybe 
change that to "example/cluster/node1/solr".   

 

No one cares that the underlying code is called SolrCloud!   And since it's our 
default mode, we are now saying we run solr in an easily clusterable fashion...
