Actually I am still not convinced that issue is related to `maxConnectionPerDestination` setting. Because today When I ran it again and again, I found the issue with higher values as well such as 8, 16, 32. As few runs cannot tell which one is better, We can set up a dedicated benchmark for it to run it for different values of `maxConnectionPerDestination` and `maxConcurrentStream` (though this one is server level setting which I am not yet sure how we will configure in benchmark.)
