What do you all think about adding a page to Ref Guide about "Running Solr on
Windows" where we have sort of a FAQ style set of entries. Including, don't
use parenthesis or dollar sign or other white space?
We could also add the Powershell details...
Basically, we could try to fix the code, or just fix the docs and how people
use Solr!
