We have an extensively developed releaseWizard script, but there are a number
of assumptions it makes that won't be clear to first time users. (like the idea
that they are actually expected to run it long before actually releasing
anything!). So to ease the "getting started" for new release managers we should
have an orientation doc that lets them know when, where and how to get started
with the releaseWizard.
