[Section Solr 8.11.3 of the website's Solr Downloads
page|https://solr.apache.org/downloads.html#solr-8113] starts with the
following sentence:
??Solr 8.11.3 is the last release in the 8.x series.??
Yet, the last section ({_}About versions and support{_}) contains a table which
describes version 8.11.x as "Previous major version may sometimes receive
critical bugfix releases".
The page is incoherent about whether or not a new Solr 8.11 version can be
released to fix critical bugs.
