Lucene supports index sorting (I'm not sure whether Solr support it now), but
starting from [Lucene
9.10|https://github.com/apache/lucene/releases/tag/releases/lucene/9.10.0] it
let to presort blocks see https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/12829
The point is to support sorting blocks in Solr while indexing.
