Each Core in SolrCloud spawns a thread to warmup and open new searchers when
needed.
In case the Core is inactive for a while, this thread uses some resources for
no good reason, and may have performance impact when we reach a very high
number of cores per Solr node.
Simple fix is to spawn this thread on-demande with a short TTL to save some
memory.
