I saw that [fsGroupChangePolicy](https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod-container/security-context/#configure-volume-permission-and-ownership-change-policy-for-pods) = onRootMismatch , but wasn't sure how to apply that to the Solr backup PVC It was kind of inspiration for the bugfix.
