Right now when you run bin/solr -i, you get back some info about Solr. That is
a pattern that is wildly different then every other tool. Indeed, there is
some special logic in the bash script to support this! Let's move to bin/solr
info being the pattern instead, and have a regular "InfoTool" ;-).
