I tried to build on the PR that [~dsmiley] put up about a
DefaultCollectionSolrClient, and it didn't seem to work as well as I hoped...
Now I'm starting to think, maybe what [~janhoy] proposed is the way to go
forward? Yes, it would suck to update all those tests.. but then we are
done, and we don't have two ways of executing commands from SolrJ client...
