Good question - I don't know. I do know there are some minor tweaks to gradlew
and gradlew.bat to fix a few issues and they are an inconvenience when
upgrading the gradle wrapper version since they get overridden. The change
would also need to be done for both the gradlew.bat and gradlew version.
