There's a draft PR here: https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/2594
It is meant for branch_8x. Intention was to remove the Solr Tutorial page (once
complete) with the one in the PR.
I will pick it up only if there's interest among fellow committers and no
objection in pursuing in this direction.
