Hi Mark, the linked pull request fixes all issues with forbiddenapis.
The question about maven central: i expected it like this, so we should remove
the artifacts from benchmark in complete. I think this would be a separate
issue, but should be solved before release of 9.0.
I will merge the PR of you don't mind. Mike Drone already approved it.
