I guess "isSolrServerThread" if I had to guess by the name (& docs) of it would
be #2. Yet I'm puzzled why SolrDispatchFilter sets this to true because
wouldn't that clearly make it #1? A few "background" like places (like
ReplicationHandler polling) also set it to true, so I'm confused.
