Houston Putman reopened SOLR-15335:

There's an issue with the commit.
Because the SolrTgzSignature has been added as an artifact in the
:solr:packaging gradle project, the {{signDistTar}} task is now included in the
{{gradle assemble}} command (which builds all artifacts).
Going to commit a fix to only build the {{solrTgzSignature}} configuration when
necessary, and not include it as an artifact.
