Add illustrated SVG figures for 14 raster functions across 4 groups (issue #2678 Phase 11): RS_Envelope, RS_ConvexHull, RS_MinConvexHull, RS_PixelAsPoint, RS_PixelAsPoints, RS_PixelAsCentroid, RS_PixelAsCentroids, RS_PixelAsPolygon, RS_PixelAsPolygons, RS_Tile, RS_TileExplode, RS_Contains, RS_Intersects, RS_Within.
