Apologies for loosing track of this! Implementing `fn coerce_types()` on the ScalarUDF wrapper would fix that particular error. I don't think you'll need extra setup from a `SedonaContext` other than the `SedonaContext` does a good job of assembling the default function set and I'm not sure that's exposed elsewhere.
