Adds functions for accessing the parameters for the geo/affine transformation parameters. Adds functionality for `RS_UpperLeftX`, `RS_UpperLeftY`, `RS_ScaleX`, `RS_ScaleY`, `RS_SkewX`, `RS_SkewY`.
