   Ran: `uv pip install -r pyproject.toml --group docs`
   
   Then ` cd python/sedona/doc/`
   
   Next: `make livehtml` for docs hot reloading.
   
   A much more modern development experience.

   - No, this PR does not affect any public API so no need to change the 
documentation.
