Are you both setting up mingw development environments that are not RTools? (In theory RTools should have all the required dependencies as long as the path is set up correctly). Or, is the use case here to set up VSCode such that you can edit non-r parts of the sedona repo, reinstall, and then try stuff on R/Windows? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
