I haven't seen it (but I'm also not using `pkg_install()`...only `R CMD
INSTALL .` for local or from R-universe as a binary). Does `configure.vars =
c("PKG_CPPFLAGS" = "-Wno-error")` (or adding `CPPFLAGS/CFLAGS=-Wno-error` to
`~/.R/Makevars`). It also may be that you're running the shiny new `clang` from
MacOS 16 that I haven't updated to yet?
