Rust CI is taking almost an hour and I think we can do better: - Clippy, Documentation, and Tests all have slightly different compile flags and I think the cache isn't particularly efficient for any of them (and running all of them in one job results in all the disk space getting used up for the runner) - All three are happening in serial instead of in parallel Let's see if this is better! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
