Closes #2300 ## What changes were proposed in this PR? `AnalysisHelper.transformUpWithPruning` on Databricks 16.4 LTS is not compatible with Apache Spark. There's no easy way to workaround this. This method was used by `ExtractSedonaUDFRule` for supporting vectorized UDFs. This patch suppresses NoSuchMethod exceptions thrown by transformUpWithPruning on Databricks. Now this transform failure won't prevent all queries from executing, but only affect the vectorized UDF feature. ## How was this patch tested?
