Since arrow-rs has historically produced malformed files of this shape, we’d like to register representative payloads here as compatibility fixtures. Although the writer is now [being fixed](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/11262) for newly created files, we plan for the Rust reader to still be able to read these older files on a best-effort basis.
