Review Comment:
   I think we can use CoordinateSequence.hasZ() and/or 
CoordinateSequence.hasM() but need to check if the geometry supports the 
getCoordinateSequence or not, and fall back to current logic if not. 
   
   The current logic already implements the early stop for the loop so I think 
it is cleaner and won't have performance issues imo.
