Thanks for working on this [~adoroszlai]. Do you want to file a parent Jira for
the docker image improvement related tasks as discussed on the community sync
yesterday?
* Use GitHub actions to build all images instead of docker hub automated builds
* Build x86 and arm images for Ozone runner and Ozone release images
* Publish these images generated by GitHub actions to both GitHub container
registry (for CI) and docker hub (for end users)
