Summary: Make message-digest algorithm in OFSPath configurable

Currently the bucket name of temp for given username is the username MD5 hash
in hex digits. We'd like to make the algorithm configurable.
It's important to keep in mind, that the algorithm should give us back
alphanumeric output, as this will be a bucket name.
