Format checking of file names will help ensure that all URLs generated are in a
consistent format, but it is still possible to define URLs through other means,
like {{slug}} in the markdown frontmatter. We can catch these errors by
checking the final sitemap.xml file that docusaurus generates as part of the
build output.
