Two updates: - Record successful CI using a simple marker file, and skip scheduled build for the same commit (i.e. when no commits pushed to `master` between runs). Manual trigger ignores this, so it always runs, but records success for later scheduled runs. Failed CI is not recorded. - Set run name dynamically, including commit SHA and trigger event name, e.g. `CI for eac282f19ede3d4bd1636ee83e7465bd3c5568d2 on workflow_dispatch`, to make runs list more useful (instead of all runs showing just `build-default-branch`). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
