After a multipart upload completes, AWS S3 addresses parts as 1 to N in
GetObject with partNumber. Ozone keeps the part numbers used during upload. For
example, on an object completed with parts 1 and 3, partNumber=2 returns the
content of part 3 on AWS S3 but 400 InvalidPart on Ozone.
This breaks downloads of such objects with a multipartEnabled S3AsyncClient and
S3TransferManager with the Java client, because the AWS SDK for Java v2 reads
partNumber 1 to N.
