Added the before-and-after output from running the JIRA reproduction steps in separate local clusters: [JIRA comment](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17644?focusedId=18136333&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-18136333). Before the fix, CreateMultipartUpload returned an UploadId, but UploadPart failed with HTTP 500 InternalError. After the fix, CreateMultipartUpload immediately returns HTTP 400 InvalidRequest, and no incomplete upload is created.
