## What changes were proposed in this pull request? The S3 Gateway now rejects zero or negative max-parts values with HTTP 400 InvalidArgument before calling the Ozone client. Previously, these values caused an unhandled IllegalArgumentException, resulting in HTTP 500 and unnecessary client retries. Rejected requests also increment the ListParts failure metric. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA [HDDS-17645](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17645) ## How was this patch tested? Regression tests were confirmed to fail before the fix and pass afterward. They cover zero and negative values, verify that rejected requests never reach the client, and check failure metrics.
