## What changes were proposed in this pull request? When a client cancels a streaming `ReadBlock` call, or its connection drops, `streamObserver.onNext()` throws a gRPC `StatusRuntimeException` (`CANCELLED`). `KeyValueHandler.readBlock` caught this in its generic `catch (Exception)` and turned it into `CONTAINER_INTERNAL_ERROR`.
