## What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Add ChainedReplicationConfig for V3 pipelines. - NCopyReplicationConfig as a base class for both ChainedReplicationConfig and RatisReplicationConfig. (Unfortunately, we already have RatisReplicationConfig and StandaloneReplicationConfig. Otherwise, NCopyReplicationConfig is good for all three case. All the ChainedReplicationConfig, RatisReplicationConfig and StandaloneReplicationConfig are not needed.) - Refactor the code in order to simplify it. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA HDDS-17567 ## How was this patch tested?
