## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR adds support for `ozone.s3g.standard.storage-class.use-client-default` to `S3StorageClassResolver`. When enabled, an explicit STANDARD request uses the supplied client replication configuration, including its complete EC layout. For example, client replication rs-6-3-512k is preserved instead of selecting RATIS/THREE. When disabled or client replication is absent, the existing RATIS/THREE behavior remains. This change adds the configuration definitions missing from the feature branch and a request-level resolver method. Other storage classes, storage-policy selection, and reverse mapping remain unchanged. HTTP write-path integration is outside this PR’s scope. As part of [HDDS-15087](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-15087), the config `ozone.s3g.standard.storage-class.use-client-default` was added. This needs to be supported by `S3StorageClassResolver` added by [HDDS-16039](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16039) . ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17607 ## How was this patch tested?
