Description:
GetBucketDeletedBytes returns a single purgeableBytes value per bucket.
BucketDeletedDataCalculator adds two kinds of bytes into that one total:
- bytes of entries in the deleted table
- bytes of files found while walking deleted directories
Callers can't tell how much purgeable data comes from deleted keys and how much
from deleted directories. Recon's Capacity page needs that split to show
purgeable key size and purgeable directory size instead of only counts.
