Malformed aws-chunked bodies return generic InvalidRequest, and
SignedChunksInputStream returns HTTP 500 for chunk sizes above
Integer.MAX\_VALUE. Parse signed chunk sizes as long, reject out-of-range sizes
with 400, return IncompleteBody for truncated bodies and MalformedTrailerError
for malformed trailers. Follow-up of HDDS-16661.
