## What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. Rename `ozone-integration-test-all` to `ozone-integration-test-full-deps` as [suggested](https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/11699#pullrequestreview-5623956990) in review. 2. Rename `ozone-tools` to `ozone-cli-other` to reflect the fact that Ozone Tools have already been moved to `ozone-cli-debug` and `ozone-cli-repair` (HDDS-14595) after a big reorganization (HDDS-8097). Most other CLI commands are in `ozone-cli-*` modules. What remained in `ozone-tools` were just other CLI commands that do not fit specific modules, nor warrant a separate module of their own. 3. The real change: create a new submodule `ozone-integration-tools` for the integration tests of `ozone-cli-debug` and `ozone-cli-repair`. With this, `ozone-integration-test` no longer depends on `ozone-recon`, which was a transitive dependency via `ozone-cli-debug`. - Remove `Configuration.setQuietMode(false)` calls from integration tests, since that causes failures due to `ozone-recon-default.xml` not found (no longer on classpath, but not needed either). https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17375 ## How was this patch tested?
