## What changes were proposed in this pull request? PutObjectTagging currently performs a volume lookup before sending the tagging request to OM, requiring two RPCs. Add assumeS3Context to OmKeyArgs and let OM resolve the S3 volume before selecting the bucket layout. Update S3 Gateway to skip the preliminary lookup, reducing PutObjectTagging to one RPC for supported OM versions.
