{{libozone_rocksdb_tools.so}} is built with CMake in Release mode without
{{-ffile-prefix-map}}, so it may embed the build directory. The {{repro}} check
rebuilds at the same path, so it would not detect this. Not verified yet.
Proposed: build {{hdds-rocks-native}} at two different paths and compare the
library. If it differs, add {{-ffile-prefix-map}} (or equivalent) to the
compiler flags.
