Resolution: Duplicate
Resolving as a duplicate of HDDS-14031. Both issues request replacing the
PersistentMap/RocksDbPersistentMap implementation used for snapshot diff
storage with the existing DBStore framework and buffer-based codecs. HDDS-14031
remains the canonical open issue.
The work is still needed: SnapshotDiffManager continues to use PersistentMap
and RocksDbPersistentMap for the job/report tables and intermediate maps.
