Create a skill that instructs an AI to retrieve the code diff between past
releases and a release candidate to check for potentially incompatible changes
that may have slipped in without versioning. This would need to be run
manually, probably as part of the release process, although it could be run on
individual PRs if reviewers have suspicions. It is probably best to store this
in the website since skills are markdown files.
