Resolution: Implemented
Resolving as implemented. SSTFilteringService no longer limits filtering to
keyTable/fileTable/directoryTable: it obtains the metadata manager's
TablePrefixInfo and passes it to RocksDatabase.deleteFilesNotMatchingPrefix().
The prefix map covers 12 bucket-related tables, including deleted,
open-key/open-file, multipart, snapshot-info and snapshot-renamed tables.
RocksDatabase iterates SST metadata across column families and filters using
each column family's applicable prefix.

This addresses extending bucket-scoped filtering beyond the original three
tables; it does not imply dropping global/unscoped metadata tables.
