HDDS-17183 tracks Ozone CLI cold-start / per-invocation overhead, profiling and
benchmarking, interactive-mode user documentation, GraalVM Native Image
evaluation and POC, JVM/classpath mitigations, and operational guidance.
Interactive CLI implementation and its remaining fixes stay tracked here.
