Snapshot exclusive and referenced sizes are stored in SnapshotInfo and visible
per snapshot through the CLI, but no metric reports them. Operators cannot see
how much cluster space is held only by snapshots versus live data.
Add OM gauges for the total exclusive size (and replicated size) and total
referenced size across active snapshots, so dashboards can break used capacity
down into user data and snapshots.
The value is only as accurate as the exclusive size calculation, see HDDS-16321.
