## What changes were proposed in this pull request? A failed PipelineSyncTask cycle currently terminates its background thread, preventing periodic synchronization from recovering when SCM becomes available again. A failed ContainerHealthTask sweep skips the interval sleep and immediately retries, causing repeated scans and error logging. This patch catches exceptions within each pipeline sync cycle and ensures both tasks wait before retrying failed cycles. Interrupt handling continues to terminate the loops. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA [HDDS-17071](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17071) ## How was this patch tested? - Added regression tests for pipeline sync recovery and the wait after a failed container health sweep.
