Verification run complete. The om-multipart-lifecycle target ran through the
full Specula pipeline at Ozone 9fbf9ee0cb1bd2f5f5d437b6719ebbe5309351fb (codex
agent, effort ultra).
One finding, reproduced and classified Medium: a failed FSO
CompleteMultipartUpload leaks bucket namespace quota in the OM cache. It is
filed as HDDS-16117 and linked to this issue with the Testing link type.
Resolving as Done.
