## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Recon applied OM delta updates to its local om.db using newly created default RocksDB write options. This bypassed the options configured for the store, so hadoop.hdds.db.rocksdb.writeoption.sync=true had no effect on these writes. This change commits delta batches through DBStore.commitBatchOperation(). The existing store-owned write options are now used, allowing the configured sync option to control the durability of OM delta updates. The existing delta-update test was extended to verify that every received batch is committed through the DBStore path. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16845 ## How was this patch tested?
